On our drive to San Diego from the Bay, a small rock hit the windshield which caused a crack. By the time we got to SD there was a 6” crack already requiring a windshield replacement. I reached out to multiple companies but Zico was the easiest to talk to and was able to accommodate me right away. We had a small chip in our front windshield turn into a growing crack across the entire line of vision.After getting a quote from Safelite, I realized that I needed to support a local small business instead. He was still able to get us the right glass and sensors that same day, and get the job done.Very professional and well-represented local small business. I talked with the owner for a while after he was done with the replacement, and got to know more about him and his business. My experience with Zico Auto glass mobile service was fantastic. I called Steven on March 18 at 11:30 AM he was friendly and gave me a quote over the phone. I Asked him how soon could he come over and replace the driver side window on my mother’s 2013 Honda Odyssey minivan he said he could be over at 1:30 PM which was great. I love the same service. Stephen came over at 1:15 PM and by 1:45 PM the job was completed. I would definitely use his services again, and I will tell all of my friends to do the same.
